Stuffed ravioli with tomato sauce


INGREDIENTS

Ravioli 10 per person (from the previous recipe)
Tomato sauce cooked 2 hours
Parmesan


FOR THE SAUCE

800 g of tomato pulp
2 cloves of garlic
2 sprigs of parsley, chopped
3 leaves of basil
50 ounces pork rind
4 slices of bacon salt
Grated Parmesan cheese
Teaspoon of sugar
Salt and pepper
