FOR THE SAUCE
800 g of tomato pulp
2 cloves of garlic
2 sprigs of parsley, chopped
3 leaves of basil
50 ounces pork rind
4 slices of bacon salt
Grated Parmesan cheese
Teaspoon of sugar
