Tomato sauce as I do prepare it
FOR THE SAUCE
800 g of tomato pulp
2 cloves of garlic
2 sprigs of parsley, chopped
3 leaves of basil
50 ounces pork rind
4 slices of bacon salt
Grated Parmesan cheese first
1 teaspoon of sugar
Salt and pepper
Bring sauce to a skillet over medium heat and pour a dribble of olive oil. Lower temperature and add the rind and lard. Allow to cook for 5 minutes. Now add the other ingredients and cook for 2 hours.
